Every Taoqimiao product is built to last. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive warranty.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects, structural integrity issues, fabric separating at seams, loose or defective hardware, platform stability problems, and finish defects. We'll repair or replace the affected component free of charge.

Duration & Process

Coverage begins from the date of delivery and lasts 24 months. To make a claim, simply contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. Most claims are resolved within 5 business days.

Not Covered

Normal wear and tear from cat use (sisal shredding, fabric pilling), damage from misuse, water damage, unauthorized modifications, and cosmetic imperfections that don't affect function.

Packaging & Tracking

  • Products are carefully packaged in 100% recyclable cardboard with protective inserts. No styrofoam.
  • Insurance is included on all shipments — if your package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll replace it at no cost.
  • All shipping is carbon-neutral — we offset 100% of shipping emissions through verified programs.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you (and your cat) to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your cat tree within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@taoqimiao.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (domestic orders)
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging
  4. Drop off at your nearest courier location
  5. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Exchange Policy

Want a different model or color? We're happy to process exchanges. The process is similar to returns — contact us and we'll arrange for you to receive your new cat tree as quickly as possible.

Conditions

  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Product should be in good condition (light use accepted)
  • Return within 30 days of delivery date
  • International return shipping at customer's expense
