Each product page lists the maximum weight capacity. Most of our single-cat trees support cats up to 10-12kg, while multi-cat activity centers like the Jungle Gym Elite can support up to 35kg distributed weight (approximately 3 average-sized cats). All products are stress-tested at 3× their stated capacity.

Regular vacuuming with a brush attachment removes loose fur and debris. Most of our plush covers are removable and machine-washable (cold water, gentle cycle). Spot-clean stains with mild soap and warm water. Sisal posts can be brushed with a stiff brush to remove loose fibers. We recommend tightening any screws every 3-6 months for optimal stability.

Yes! We sell replacement sisal rope and pre-wrapped posts for all our models. This extends the life of your cat tree significantly. Replacement parts can be ordered directly from our website or by contacting our support team. We also sell replacement cushion covers and dangling toys.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects including structural issues, fabric tears at seams, loose hardware, and unstable platforms. Normal wear and tear (including sisal shredding from cat scratching — that's what it's for!) and damage from misuse are not covered. We process warranty claims quickly and ship replacement parts or products at no cost.
